For beginners building the foundation and for advanced athletes building counter strategy and instructional in advanced technique.We hone our form techniques based in Several Sword Froms. We hone our form 3 techniques. This form is fluid and deceptive. for students having completed the first 2 forms and course Y. *prior forms and course required*

This time is set up for students wishing to hone their skills and begin preparation for tournament combat practice as well as all the classes being able to come together and try new ideas on techniques against athletes outside of their class.
